Terms and Conditions & Fault Reporting
We operate a strict policy with reporting faults and those wishing to make a claim. Please read our terms below.

You are not permitted to play any of our Casino gaming machines if you are not eighteen years or older, ID may be requested.
2
Tickets cannot be redeemed after thirty (30) days.
3
Tickets can be redeemed at any of our redemption machines or at the reception in the event a machine is inoperable.
4
All wins and plays are VOID if gaming machine malfunctions we will not enter into any dispute or negotiations of any kind.

Our redemption machines cannot be used as a currency exchange.

Our machines do not accept damaged notes and we will not exchange any damaged notes from any of our machines.

If you maliciously damage any of our machines or equipment we may pursue legal action against you.

Our redemption machines have a maximum payout limit. Larger wins are paid at the reception desk onboard.
Registering an Issue
A
If you have an issue with a machine it is important you report this to a Staff member on-board.
B
You will be required to fill out a paper claims form and complete the claim online to us directly.
C
In the event this procedure is not followed in full and all questions answered, we cannot process your Claim.
D
All Claims investigated can take one calendar month from the date you make the claim , Our decision will be final and we will notify you by email only.
CLAIM PROCEDURE
Please note that All wins and plays void if MACHINE malfunctionS
If you have an issue with a machine other than a malfunction and wish to make a claim for a refund you must contact a member of staff whilst you are still on-board the ship , You will be guided by the Ships Staff to complete a Claims form , This form Must be completed as instructed and in full.
You must provide evidence for your claim such as photos or video and a copy of any Ticket that was issued to you clearly defining the ticket or receipt ID number. We will investigate fully and advise You of the outcome within 30 days from date of claim.
Our decision will be final & we will notify this to you by email. In the event that we refund you an amount this will be made by Bank Transfer only to the nominated account that you provide us on the form.
NOTE: Irish Ferries and any associated company do not operate the Amusement and Gaming Machines on-board any of Its ships and any Claims must be directed to Neptune Leisure as per Our Terms.
