Reporting Faults


We all know that sometimes, things can go wrong. If you experienced an issue or fault with any machine, please follow the guidelines below for registering the issue.

If you have an issue with a machine please report this to a Staff member on-board.

You will be required to fill out a paper claims form and complete the claim online to us directly.

In the event this procedure is not followed in full and all questions answered, we cannot process your Claim.

All Claims investigated can take one calendar month from the date you make the claim , Our decision will be final and we will notify you by email only.
